Viewings at your convenience
At MW, we understand that viewing properties during normal working hours may not be convenient for you.
Viewings can therefore be arranged at any time during our opening hours that are Monday – Friday, 9.15am – 6.30pm, Saturday, 9am – 4pm
and Sunday, 11am – 3pm.
Furthermore, with MW, if more convenient to you we are happy to meet at our prominent easy to find offices and escort you to your
viewing. In this way we have time to answer any related questions to assist you on your search and provide a more personal service tailored to your needs.

Making an offer
As soon as you have found a suitable property, we will put your offer to the seller, verbally and in writing. The offer will be subject to a contract
being signed and there are no legal obligations on either side until the contracts are exchanged.
Sometimes there may be a process of price negotiation. This can be difficult, however by working with MW you will be able to take
