I engaged Mishon Welton in August 2011 and was delighted with the service I received at every stage of the sales process. The initial valuation and response was conducted swiftly and professionally and I was extremely pleased with the photographs and other marketing materials that were swiftly prepared for the property.
A number of viewings were arranged with immediate effect and notification of the viewings and feedback from prospectives buyers was provided throughout. Within two weeks a sale was agreed.
Some minor contractual complications arose between myself and the buyer during the sale process and the staff at Mishon Welton were excellent in helping to navigate the delicate waters at this crucial stage of the process. The director, Mark Welton, was particularly instrumental in this area offering advice and support on a number of complex matters.

Now that the sale has been completed I just wanted to thank you all for your efforts over the last 6 months.
As you know, we have had the house on the market over the last three and a half years with 3 or 4 of the major Hove Estate Agents without success in what is a difficult market however, what I liked most about Mishon Welton was the continued professionalism, enthusiasm and dedication to getting the job done when the other agents just seem to tire and lose interest after a few weeks.
