Landlord FEES EXPLAINED

Tenant find – 3 weeks rent including VAT a one off fee taken at the beginning of the tenancy – Once the tenant has moved in all further contact would between tenant and landlord with regard to maintenance and rent is paid directly
Rent Collection – 10% of the monthly rent – including VAT taken on a monthly basis as we receive the rent. As above however rent is paid in our account
Full Management – 12% of the monthly rent – including VAT taken on a monthly basis as we receive the rent. Rent is paid into our account and we handle all aspects of the tenancy.
Tenancy Agreement Preparation – £72.00 inc VAT
Check Out Fee – £60.00 inc VAT
Inventory Charges range from £45-£110 depending on the size and style of your property please contact us for a quote.
My Deposits – This scheme safeguards your deposit and allows you the opportunity of arbitration if you disagree with any deposit deductions.
The Property Ombudsman – Redress scheme contact number 01722 333306 If you feel you have been unfairly treated and suffered a financial loss the Property Ombudsman will consider your case free of charge.
As an agency we don’t subscribe to a client money protection insurance however we are covered by the Allianz professional indemnity insurance cover which insures against losses arising from Fraud or Dishonesty by employee, director or partner.
